Just a quick post today to let readers know about this cracking new 25 day fat loss diet that’s just been released. I can’t wait to try this diet when I’ve had my baby, it consists of 5 different days, one of those is a cheat day (ok the others are hard work but you only have to go for 5 days before you can eat what you want). The author is touting that you can lose up to 25lb in 25 days (they have done trials and those are real results – obviously a guy though).
