Hi Maxine,
Just a quick email to say that I love my new program, the weights program is soooooo much more fun!
Don't have any questions really, up to almost 8kms in my 45min run so very happy with that. I would have to say that the week just gone would have to be the first week I haven't written down what I've eaten; because I don't think about it anymore. I know what I have to eat, I prepare it and it sort of all happens now without me even noticing I'm doing it.
I love all my food on this program!
... I have more energy when I work out than if I don't, and I feel the best I have ever felt in years (physically and more importantly - how I feel about myself). I don't get tired after workouts or at the end of the day - I'm not sure why and I don't care, I just assume that my body's capabilities have improved so that this massive lifestyle change I implemented 7 weeks ago is now comfortable - yay!
Maxine / Sue, I would have to say that even though I am only starting week 8, completing this program would have to be the best thing I have ever done for myself. In saying that, I was at a point in my life where I was ready. I was highly motivated and so mentally ready that my commitment was just no question.
Thank you both so much for everything to date, because what I have already achieved I really thought would take years to achieve and now that I am dong these things after only weeks, already you have given me so much.
