I can't believe how much energy I have....I feel great! I wake up every morning ready to bounce out of bed and I don't feel sluggish at all like I use to. The past few months have been ABSOLUTELY FULL ON work wise and I have managed to stick to my program and most importantly have had the energy to get through the workload, thanks to a fantastic program!!!

I have learnt so much! It was only on the final day when I had my photos done that I actually got it; scale weight does not tell the whole story!!!!!!!! My photos were amazing! It looked as though I had washboard abs even though I wasn't even close to the scale weight I had wanted to be!

It was the first time that I actually loved my body - that I understand that I had awesome curves and eveything was there; it just took some studio lighting to show it! I am absolutely thrilled and I can't wait for you to see them!

I just cannot thank you all at IBO enough! The depletion week was the most life changing experience I have ever been through; I know now what it means to overcome adversity and to love myself! And I so do now! Genuinely. And with self love comes more results. I am so pleased to be off depletion and back to my eating plan throughout the 12 weeks and I'm excited about the next program and even the final week of that! I can't believe what a difference just losing those 5 kilos has made! I am so happy! I feel so well and strong!

Thank you sooooooooo much (I can't thank you enough) for all your support and genuine care and tips throughout my challenge. I feel like I have been given a second chance in this body!
And I am never giving up on myself again!

I'm just into week three of the program and absolutely loving it. The food is fantastic, my body weight is staying pretty stable and I'm getting results in terms of mass already. I'm really stoked. Finding you guys was such a blessing!

Just a quick email to say that I love my new program, the weights program is soooooo much more fun!
 
Don't have any questions really, up to almost 8kms in my 45min run so very happy with that. I would have to say that the week just gone would have to be the first week I haven't written down what I've eaten; because I don't think about it anymore. I know what I have to eat, I prepare it and it sort of all happens now without me even noticing I'm doing it.

I love all my food on this program!
 
... I have more energy when I work out than if I don't, and I feel the best I have ever felt in years (physically and more importantly - how I feel about myself). I don't get tired after workouts or at the end of the day - I'm not sure why and I don't care, I just assume that my body's capabilities have improved so that this massive lifestyle change I implemented 7 weeks ago is now comfortable - yay!
 
Maxine / Sue, I would have to say that even though I am only starting week 8, completing this program would have to be the best thing I have ever done for myself. In saying that, I was at a point in my life where I was ready. I was highly motivated and so mentally ready that my commitment was just no question.
 
Thank you both so much for everything to date, because what I have already achieved I really thought would take years to achieve and now that I am dong these things after only weeks, already you have given me so much.

Before I go I just wanted to say how happy I am with the results I have seen already in 3 weeks nearly 5 kilos gone, I feel and look amazing and can’t wait to see the final results at the end of week 12!!! It is amazing how many people have commented and the main thing is I feel great and am losing the weight the right way. I absolutely love how the program is set up and have recommended many people!!

GAWD Sharna I'm shrinking!!  I bought myself a pair of size 14 jeans on the weekend as my 16's were hanging off me.  I've gone to the next row of hooks on my bra, I can see my body taking shape just how I wanted it to, I feel bloody wonderful, full of energy, but the biggest news is on some days when I'm mentally exhausted from work, I actually look forward to my workout, plug the i-pod in & it's "ME" time.... The "unfit" Donna would collapse on the lounge with junk-food! I am so much stronger, I have been increasing reps & challenging myself with "one more, two more etc." I use the weighted vest on the exercise bike & treadmill & really work up a sweat.  My clothes are looser, I am so rapt with the program so far.

Thanks for your feed back Sue... I must admit I didn't realise there had been such a change until I saw myself in the photos... especially as I didn't even do the 'final photo preparation' week... AND I had so many interruptions to the 12 week program. But, yes, I am also very happy... so far!!! As I said to Karen, not bad for an old lady of 47 who's had four kids!!

I used to get a lot of boating, but this seems to have pretty much gone...

You don't realise how important it is to give your body what it needs and I think being Vegan, which I have been for only 14 months, is hard because you don't really know if your getting what you need. So this program is fantastic for me in so many ways!

Well, 12 weeks down and I am setting myself up for another 12 weeks. I have really enjoyed this program. I don't feel like I am depriving myself of anything and I am feeling more than a 100% more healthy than at the beginning of my program.
 
Thanks again Sharna and Amanda for your support over these 12 weeks. Amanda thanks for all of your emails of support and encouragement and good luck with your new program that you are starting today!!! I am looking forward to the next 12 weeks (it goes by so fast!!!). On most diets every day is a form of torture and feels never ending, but this program has been so easy and before you know it 12 weeks are over!!! I cannot beleive it!!!

Firstly have to say - Week 3 Day 3 and I fit back into all my clothes from 3+ years ago - and they actually aren't as tight as they were when I bought them! Completely unexpected.  I AM NEVER EVER JOINING A GYM AGAIN!  What a complete waste of time and money when I can get the results at home with your program!!!!!!!!

Thank you so much for your lovely words.  I can't believe it has been 12 weeks.  I would like to reiterate to you and your wonderful team what a very profressional organisation it is.  The amount of information and knowledge has been overwhelming at it is what I have been looking for especially the nutritional side of things.  I have had a lot of personal trainers over the years who would train me in the weights department but never gave any good nutritional advice.  I have learnt so much and I am still learning which is fantastic.  I had my engagement party on Saturday night and alot of people had not seen me for a long time so it was such a great feeling to get positive feedback.  I felt a little special which was great.  My next goal is my 40th and hope to be looking and feeling as good as I do now.

Hi Sue,

Yes the bike ride was great, I achieved far more than I thought I would managing to ride 180km over the two days. I have Ideal Bodies Online to thank, as I am always working on being stronger of mind and all your support items, little quotes etc are helping continuing reinforcing this.

I'm only just at the end of week two at the moment but I'm loving it so much I know I will want to continue so put me down for another program.  I think all the different elements of my program are really going to give me the best chance of success... eg Feedback coach (Allyson is great), Forum (Members are inspirational), Articles (Informative) etc etc....

I would also like to say that you are a major inspiration for changing people’s lives. I am only on day 5 of my 12 week program, and I am absolutely loving it, and already feel like I have a new lease on life!! I even said no to free pizza and Easter eggs at work today and was not worried by it at all!!!

I made it!! I’ve lost 8kg and I feel fantastic!

I would still like to lose a little more, so this is not the end for me. However, I have reached this goal of 12 weeks and I will be celebrating today by buying myself some new clothing – I’m very excited!!

My body has changed so much over the past 12 weeks. I can see (and feel) massive differences all over. I have hard muscle, definition, smoother skin and a tonne of energy!

Thanks for being a fabulous mentor and for answering all my questions. I really have enjoyed this leg of my journey and now I know that I can achieve my health and fitness goals!!
