"Continuous effort - not strength or intelligence - is the key to unlocking our potential"
- Sir Winston Churchill

I had been going to the gym on a 'some-what' regular basis for years, and felt like I was going nowhere. My clothes gradually were getting tighter, so I tried a few diets including Atkins and Low calorie but either felt hungry or deprived all the time! I had read many Bodyblitz sucess stories and always promised myself that one day I would blitz myself! So, after reading about the many success stories on the Ideal Bodies Online website, I enlisted the help of the IBO team, and, with the help of my coach Sharna, I learnt that there is an easier way of losing weight then starving myself, or cutting out entire food groups.
I was always so confused which 'diet' to follow - with magazines and TV advocating a new fad everyweek. Although I was not as overweight as some, I felt terrible whenever I went somewhere that meant I had to get dressed up. I would always lose a couple of kilos, and then fall off the wagon and it would quickly rush back on.
By following the IBO lifestyle (Sooo, not a diet!) - I never really felt like I was on a diet!

I still could have a free meal every week and did not have to buy expensive shakes or only eat certain foods. I found it so much easier knowing exactly what and when to eat and when and how to exercise, and has given me a complete new direction in my life! I feel like know I can finally keep my weight under control using the basis of the IBO program, and will never have to worry about what I actually should be eating.
To be truthful, I had a far from perfect 12 weeks, jugging studying university via correspondence and working full time, but the main goal for me was to realise that I will have ups and downs, but to stay on track. I feel much better in all of my clothes, and am now easily slipping into my 'skinny' outfits, ha, ha....I still have a little way to go before I reach my goal - but now I feel equipped to actually reach it successfully!!
I feel so much better about myself, and would recommend the challange to anyone needing to spring clean their life.
