“Well, here I am at 43 with 5 children, 2 grandchildren and sadly, recently parentless.”
I did this same challenge 16 months ago with fantastic results. But with the grief of losing my Mother to cancer 13 months ago, which was shortly after losing Dad to cancer, I went back to old eating patterns, had 3 months off the gym and numbed the loss of my pain with a few glasses of wine more often than was good for me.

So with the last bit of my money I bought myself support to get there with the Ideal Bodies Online Tailored Program. I had less weight to lose this time but still had the same body fat percentage to shift.

There were times during the program when I doubted I would achieve the results I wanted, but because of my last successful attempt I trusted in the outcome.
My starting weight was 62.7kg and starting body fat percentage was 24.37%. All in all I lost 5.2 kg and 7% body fat which is fantastic, bringing my current weight to 57.5kg and 17.65% body fat. I was not as perfect as I was last time so I lost 3% body fat less would have liked, but I am not going to stop now. It has given my something higher to aim for. For about 18 years I have toyed with the idea that I might enter a figure competition. In 2012 I am making a public commitment to follow that through.
I have come this far and it is my intention to continue to follow my eating plan and training and take this to the next level.
