Leisl regained her LIFE and her Fitness!

Right from my early 20’s, I had always been an avid fitness enthusiast.  For years I made a conscious effort to exercise most days of the week mainly focusing on cardio with some weights thrown in.  I saw Personal Trainers, acquired good strength, “thought” I was consuming the right sorts of foods and training pretty well.  I was just going through the motions but my results suffered and as a consequence I became frustrated day in and day out. 

I’d eat well during the week, but it would slip on the weekends.  Every week I would try again, only to find myself in the same boat going around in circles.  For years, I continued down this path whilst involved in a destructive toxic relationship.  When things were good, my training was great, but when they were bad, I suffered tremendously so there was never any consistency. 

I lost my entire “self”

Amongst other things, my passion for health and fitness began spiralling out of control and I eventually I lost my entire “self”.  I felt trapped in a cage and didn’t know who I was.  I ended up on medication and in therapy trying to regain the self-esteem and strength I once had.  For the sake of my own sanity, I ended the relationship and moved out.  I wanted my life and my fitness back! 

My journey to Ideal Bodies Online began when I saw the advertisements in Oxygen magazine.  For years I dreamt of having the mental strength and stamina to successfully accomplish a transformation, but never thought I could because of obligation to put others ahead of myself.  I am a naturally empathetic person so trying to cut off the emotion and stay focussed was very difficult having no family in the same state.  However, I needed something to keep my mind focussed, occupied and off the trauma.  So I took the plunge and signed up for the full 12 week full support program.  \

Giving up was not an option!!
 

I was provided with a complete training, nutrition and supplement program and from day one made total promise that giving up was simply not an option.  I made a commitment to myself that even if my goal wasn’t achieved at the end of the program, I would keep going.  I was determined not to fail, no matter what it took.  I channelled all my energy into my training and did what was necessary.  I planned meals in advance, wrote in a journal, displayed positive affirmations at home and subscribed to motivational newsletters.  I did anything to help my subconscious rid the negativity that had been beating me down. 

Now I’ve got my natural positivity, confidence and inner “self” back that was always there.  I want to continue pushing myself further achieving higher goals and I hope to help and inspire others to achieve their goals and to never look back. 

I cannot thank Sue and her team at IBO enough for their magnificent support in helping me get my health and fitness back on track.  The support provided whilst going through such a difficult time in my life was amazing.  I highly recommend the program and have told work colleagues, friends, family and even fitness professionals!  I have a lot of respect for Sue and her team and they should be highly congratulated for their wonderful efforts and success.  I will never look back and now I feel in control and optimistic as to what lies ahead.  It has truly been a life changing experience and definitely one for the better!

Don’t let anyone bring you down, believe in yourself and you will move mountains!

1.  "Display positive affirmations in places you're in regular contact with so you read them everyday".

2.  "Take one day at a time focussing on the tasks required for that day only and aim to make it better than the last".

3.  "Plan and prepare your day in advance always being one step ahead and making it a priority".

4.  "Be patient, consistent, disciplined and dedicated to your plan".

5.  "Refuse to let others bring you down, behave as though it's impossible to fail and you will find yourself never giving up".
