Well I think I had the typical 36 year old female body that had two children and put on a couple of kilo’s that wouldn’t budge. My biggest problem areas were my thighs, bum and tummy. I bought the Women’s Health Magazine one day and saw the ad for Ideal Bodies Online, jumped on the computer and looked at the amazing transformations.

"I said to my husband, I am going to give this a go."

I had tried Lite N Easy and it worked, until I went off it. So I signed up with IBO, I think the same day I bought the mag.

I have to admit I was very sceptical, and thought I knew my body better than anyone else and thought there was no way I was going to get down under 60kg. I am 180cm tall and my weight at the very start was 64kg. Kristin sent me the general nutrition plan, as it was a couple of weeks before I could start my program. In these 2 weeks I lost about 2.6kg. I started the program at 61.4kg and started cardio and weight training (I did this all at home, as I don’t have time to go to a gym).

I was very focused and tried never to miss a workout. I also had a free meal, once a week and I finished the program weighing in at 57.1kg, I lost 5.5cm off each thigh, and 6cm off my waist. I still basically eat what is on the program. The program also taught me things I had no idea about with the food I was eating.

As of today, 6 weeks after my program has finished I currently weigh 55.1kg.
