Our refund policy here at Ideal Bodies Online is simple.

When Ideal Bodies Online ship our products to you they leave in perfect condition and are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

If our products arrive in less than that condition something happened in transit. We would be very disappointed to know you received your goods in less than perfect condition. Please let us know.

We are more than upset when anything comes between our quality standards and your satisfaction. We'll make things right.

We'll provide a refund on any of our products under these circumstances:

• There is a fault with the product you receive
• The product does not do the job you were led to believe it would do (obviously this means you must follow the instructions precisely with regards to the training and nutrition plans)
• The product does not match the sample you were shown
• The product is not as described to you
