Overview: This program is a 3 day split program and is designed for those who are:
- currently lifting weights 2-3 x per week, or
- those who have just completed Gym Program Intermediate 1.
Description: Program includes 2 x 6 week weight training programs, a stretching program and various cardio options.
Both programs and cardio include progressions to keep your body challenged as your fitness and strength levels increase.
We recommend 3 sessions of resistance (weight) training and up to a maximum of 5 cardio sessions per week, depending on your available time. The duration of each training session will vary from 30-60 minutes, but will never exceed 60 minutes.
