  • This is a great post! I HATE diets that tell you not to exercise because they will make you eat more and therefore gain weight – I can’t believe actually buy into this nonsense!
    I’m also not a fan of points systems and sugar-filled ‘diet’ foods. I work with someone who is constantly Weight Watchers muesli bars and wondering why she is still overweight. All people need to do is eat healthy, clean foods.
    People who are looking to target specific areas of fat loss definitely need to go to an expert like in those examples you mentioned, and not turn to fad diets.
