Dumbbell Upright Row
- Take hold of two dumbbells with your palms facing towards you in an overhand grip and stand with feet hip-width apart.
- Contract your core and pull the dumbbells upwards, leading with the elbows
- Ensure you keep your elbows higher than the bar at all times.
- Pause at the top of the movement when the dumbbells are roughly in line with your collar bone, then slowly return to the starting position.
- Repeat for desired number of repetitions.
