Dumbbell Seated Rear Delt Fly
- Sit on the edge of a bench with your feet placed together and further forward than the knees.
- Bend over and rest your torso on your thighs so your body is parallel with the ground and grasp dumbbells together underneath your legs with your palms facing toward each other.
- Lock your elbows at a slight angle and raise your arms out and away from each other to shoulder height squeezing the back of your shoulders.
- Return and repeat for desired number of repetitions
