Dumbbell Lying Side Raise
- Lie on your side on a bench (or the floor) and use your bottom arm to support your head.
- With the top arm, grasp a dumbbell out in front of you at chest height with your palm facing toward the floor.
- Lock your elbow at a very slight angle and raise the dumbbell up in line with your shoulder.
- Lower and repeat for desired number of repetitions.
