Delivery Policy

It's our aim here at Ideal Bodies Online to rush your ordered product to you as quickly as possible.

Depending on what you order from Ideal Bodies Online we have differing delivery channels.

• If you order a PDF manual online and pay with credit card the delivery will be via email within moments of the order being processed.
• If you order a PDF manual via fax or phone order the delivery will be when payment has been processed and cleared.
• If you order from our online store your order will be dispatched with 24 hours of the order being processed (orders processed late Friday afternoon or on the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday).
