Liz B Sue, you are such a sweetie, and simply absolutely amazing!  Every time I see I have an email from you personally I feel so special and can't wait to read it!!  I'm sure you're this dedicated to all your clients, but I just wanted to let you know how much I have appreciated your personal emails to me over the past 12 weeks, and how much they've continued to help and further inspire me (along with Shelly's emails of course too!).  Honestly Sue, you're amazing, I don't know how you do it...do you ever have time to sleep?!  I really don't know how to thank you enough for everything you've done for me and how much you've changed my outlook and approach to diet and exercise - which has in turn completely changed my life.  I feel so much more confident and attractive now, I love putting on clothes (incidentally, all my honeymoon/pre wedding clothes and lingerie now fit me again...I'm going to try on the wedding dress this weekend!) and I actually want people to see me instead of hiding away and avoiding people.  Sue, I don't know how you did it, but your program is absolutely amazing!  I never dreamed of achieving the results I have in 12 weeks.  And while I've been so disciplined and not strayed off the track once (only had 2 free meals the whole time!) or missed a single training session, it really hasn't been that hard - no cravings, not usually hungry, plenty of food, less exercise than I've punished myself with in the past and I actually look forward to every session...and I've never lost so much weight and dropped body fat % like this in 12 weeks before!  So...thankyou a million times over    Details...

Bev C I decided to do my feedback before stepping on the scales and measuring so that I am not influenced by the result.  How do I feel?  Absolutely terrific.  And absolutely certain that I will sustain the loss.  Whilst I haven’t followed the program to the letter over the past few weeks, I have found that the diet has become ‘normal’ for me.  I now know how to eat and I know what activity I need to do to stay slim, fit and healthy.  I am no longer totally obsessed and consumed by the whole thing, but am happy to just do what I have learnt and expect that it will work. Would I recommend the program to anyone else?  Absolutely, I already have!  This is the best result I’ve had over 20 years or more of trying different approaches.  Colleagues have been amazed at the amount of food I’ve been eating at work while still losing weight.  Two of them have been doing the meal replacement shake thing and getting a reasonable result, but I can see that it will most likely not be sustainable.  Another two have started the ‘you don’t want to lose any more or you’ll look sick thing’ but I am not going to be influenced by saboteurs either!!!!!  I know I am healthy and I feel and look better than I have for a long, long time.   Tomorrow morning I have my 10k race and am really looking forward to it.  While I know I could have done better in my preparation, as I run I am going to remember the 6 or more kilos of fat I ran with last year.    And it isn’t just my weight and appearance that has changed.  I have made changes in many areas of my life, in particular with getting our finances in order.  I have re-visited our super, our savings and re-budgeted our disposable income so that we have a much clearer direction and are generally in better control.  I am also consciously expanding my social circle and ‘planning more spontaneity’ in my life.  I am also enrolled in a life coaching course next week to look at what direction I want to take with career and education.   Just weighted in.  How close was that, 200g off my goal………………….   Advice to others starting out;  Just do it.  Make no excuses.  The choices are all ours to make no matter what else is going on in our lives.  You owe it to yourself.  Details...

Michelle H Hi Sue, Just wanted to let you know that I am seeing visual results!!!  There is definitely less blubber on the belly.........we're getting there!!  Very happy with the nutrition program that I purchased & the invaluable tips from you along the way.    I don't know if you remember, but I'm the one with the hormonal issues (GH & Thyroid deficiencies), so I think the changes are slow, but definitely progressing in the right direction!  My Endocrinologist has told me that I will always have more fat compared to muscle because of the GH deficiency.........(not what I wanted to hear)........but, when I see her in a couple of weeks, I think she'll be surprised to see a more shapely person....   You should be extremely proud of the business you have created & I am, for one, grateful that you would share all your knowledge with so many people...... not unlike a modern-day Mother Theresa!!  I consider myself an intelligent person (I'm a Pharmacist) & I still needed the right advice to achieve results......  As you can imagine, I am flooded with the 'latest fads' & medicinal options at work & would not hesitate in recommending your program over any of those other options!   Keep up the good work Sue.........I'm loving it!!!!  Details...

Margie S Dear Sue. I am just writing to say a big thankyou to you and the great ladies at IBO. I have just finished my second support program.  When I began with IBO I was so embarrased about how huge I had become. I have so many before and after photos of myself that I really was the chameleon of the diet world. Having had a hip replacement and then later fracturing my leg didn't help my fitness cause either but I have let all of that go and know that with continued consistency I will return to opening my cryogenically sealed size 12 levi jeans - and to put them on without my oxygen supply or blood circulation being cut off!! In fact I can actually put them on now - that is quite an achievement for me when I look back to where I started. What I have gained exceeds my physical transformation so far. I have found a wondeful community of ladies on the forum along with the skills, knowledge and confidence to continue making progress. I am still a work in progress of the Carolyn Gerdtz variety but when I saw her on IBO I put my embarrassment aside and took the plunge to get the expert advice I needed because I could see it was possible and I believed it. Thankyou to all once again. I will continue to use the forum and work towards achieving my long term goal. It has become so much a part of my lifestyle and even though I thought I knew what I was supposed to be doing I have learnt so many new things. I have had so many compliments, some ladies think I am fading away- it makes me wonder what they thought of me before! I have tried so many other diets and quick fixes to replace the fact that I couldn't run anymore but your program was so well balanced and thought out. What I value the most is the fact that you provide us with the fitness map and no illusions about how to get there. I don't think about losing weight anymore, I think about being fitter, leaner and stronger. I also think about all the other things I want to achieve and am glad I have my mojo back! PS I was just drafting this email to you today and received your email and Kristin's. Thankyou for the genuine encouragement, it means a lot to me.  Details...

Liz B Now that it's all over and I've achieved such amazing results, I just don't know where to start thanking you both.  Sue I know I've said this to you before, but your program was absolutely amazing and has totally transformed me, body and mind.  Previously when I've lost weight, like before the wedding, I was over trained, hungry, exhausted, dreaming about the food I couldn't wait to pig out on when it was all over....but this time it's so different, I've truly changed and formed such healthy habits.  I'm skipping down the yellow brick road of maintenance with a big smile!  Honestly, for the first time in my life I feel completely satisfied with my body and how I look.  For the first time in my life I know I don't need to lose any more weight...what an amazing feeling not to be on a "diet" or "trying to lose weight".  I've never had that before, it's such a relief!  I just need to maintain, and stay happy and healthy, and I know I can do it no worries at all following your maintainence advice. Tracey K Hi Sue, I am only in week 3 of my program but I just wanted to say what a fantastic job you have done with my program and nutrition plan. I love the resistance training program you devised for me as it challenges me & keeps me motivated. The food is great & I have so much more energy. I am much happier as well & feel like I can achieve anything I set my mind to. The negative “I can’t” thoughts are now “I can” and “I will”. Hilary has been great, very encouraging & I look forward to her feedback each time.   Once again, I can’t thank you enough, Sue, for giving me the tools to create such positive changes in my life.   Details...
