<p>Aww thanks everyone for the comments.  I have been running mad trying to keep up with everything so am a bit behind but getting there.  I did have an appointment with Nadia today for coffee and as usual, we got chatting and couldn&#8217;t stop and my budgeted hour turned into two!  It was fun, and much needed on my part actually.  Nadia is looking fantastic and very ready for her show in 5 weeks!  She&#8217;s not even doing any cardio, her body just responded really well to the diet.</p>
<p>It is my dad&#8217;s birthday today.  He would have been 70 years old.  We visited his grave and placed some Black Beauty and Iceberg roses there for him.  I can&#8217;t believe it is nearly 20 years since he died.</p>
<p>It was great to receive everyone&#8217;s support &#8211; I&#8217;ve been doing it pretty tough but I&#8217;m still hanging in there!  I was so hungry last night and unfortunately I couldn&#8217;t (or didn&#8217;t) hold out, I had some pasta before I went to bed.  I felt so much better after I ate it!  Not that I can justify it that way.  But, today I&#8217;ve been very stingy and had a no carb day, and did it easy.  I also walked for an hour this morning, and then again tonight for 45 mins.</p>
<p>I decided on the spur of the moment to take some progress pics.  The changes are pretty minute, just so slow.  I have a lot more muscle than previously, I just can&#8217;t budge the fat it seems!  And, this is my suit, how&#8217;s that for some bling?!  Excuse the lopsidedness of it for the moment!</p>
<p>So tomorrow will be back and chest training, and cardio x 2.  I&#8217;m also going to experiment with my diet a bit by having more carbs and less protein.</p>
<p>Ok if anyone has emailed me (personal), I&#8217;m sorry but my time is stretched a bit at the moment.  I will get back to you when things settle!  This weekend I need to relearn my posing routine and start looking for an outfit or two for my photo shoot/s.  Anyone have any favourite poses they think I should try?  Must search for some of those too.  Going to have a studio shoot and a gym/fitness shoot.  Booke hair and makeup today.</p>
