You are so amazingly fit and toned that your body will have a memory after the baby and get straight back into shape when you are ready to put a little time into it.

I was not as fit and in shape as you but lost the 20 kilos that I gained with each 3 pregnancies.  Initially you can loose up to 7 kilos just by having the baby and loosing the fluid etc. 

I think also in a way if you do put on a bit of extra body fat it can be very much hereditary as to how you mother or grandmother gained.  It may not have too much with how you eat or exercise any how?  Your body is doing what it needs to, to support the baby.  Enjoy it (yeah, I kinda didn&#039;t, so you may just have to let 9 months pass :))and the beauty of being on an internet website is that only your close friends and family need to see you near the end anyway.  

I also suffered nausea and vomiting (all the way through though) and I just had to eat what I had to eat and what I could keep down or what levelled my nausea out.  As you know that sick feeling it so draining and just the thought of feeling like you are always going to be or could be sick is just crap.  Really anything you can do to stop that feeling is priority I think?  There is also a pressure point between your forefinger and thumb that I used a lot to stop feeling like I was going to be sick in public at least.  Not sure if your massage person knows the correct spot?

Also it is refreshing for people like yourself (our celebrity) and celebrities to be &#039;normal&#039; at these times so an unrealistic ideal is not set for everyone else.

Probably dosn&#039;t help too much when you feel crap, but hope it helps a bit. :)

I would definetely not worry about putting on weight ... I went from 56 kilos to 79.5 with my first pregnancy and I was sooooo fit and healthy before ... I think I spent the first 3 months in McDonalds carparks drinking Vanilla thickshakes and eating chips (before dinner) ... I could not get enough fast food and I had NEVER eaten that sort of stuff before... I went straight back to my 56 kilos within months as I had been so fit before and your body will do the same... breasfeeding and running around all day makes the weight fall off ... don&#039;t stress about it .. just enjoy it  because it is the only time in your life when you can...</description>

Like you I suffered horrible nausea, insomnia and was very breathless early on - apparently an effect of progesterone on the cardiovascular system - and then again later of course from the old space issue.  And yet my very good friend who was pregnant at the same time had virtually no symptom apart from a growing abdomen. I think for most of us who are reasonably body / health conscious the weight gain thing is hard to feel comfortable about as we&#039;re used to being reasonably controlled about monitoring food and activity. I actually ended up putting on a bit of weight in the first trimester just trying to get through the whole nausea / sleep deprivation scene (and boy do they feed off each other), then very little in the middle and a bit at the end again.  Everybody&#039;s pattern of weight gain is different, and I&#039;ve been told that some obstetricians no longer do regular weighs (unless there&#039;s an indication for it) as they have other technologies at their disposal to monitor mum and baby health.  You sound like you&#039;re eating well, and doing the best you can, but you also have to function at some level, because you&#039;ve got things to do, but also for your own sanity. And eating very regularly, especially the carbs to keep a ready supply of energy, helps you do that to some degree. As the others have said, and it was my experience too, once the nausea settles and your energy levels improve then your eating (and weight gain)stabilises too - until later when you do want to see small regular gains.</description>

She&#039;d been told all her life that she coulnd&#039;t have babies, and she kept going to the doctor telling them she didn&#039;t feel well... they finally did a test and she was preggers!!  (She was a big girl to start with) Hard to fathom, but I guess it can be easy to assume its something else, like the flu or a virus or something.

I felt so gross, the thought of training was a no go and I craved meat pies!

I was a mess during all my pregnancies, the first 16 weeks were horrid, I went off tea (my favourite drink in the world) and chocolate of all things! with my first pregnancy I ate lots and lots of veggies because I felt like it, and copious amounts of crackers to ease off the nausea...gained 23kg...so weighed in at a massive (for me) 82kg the day before I gave birth to my 10lb baby girl. You know what? I lost 15kg in the next couple of weeks without dieting...it was all fluid! by the time she was three months old, I was back to 60kg, only a kilo heavier than when I&#039;d fallen pregnant. Walking around the block pushing a pram will do it ;)
So - don&#039;t stress, look after yourself, and sleep when you can.
