		<description>PLAN A TREAT EVERY SINGLE DAY....every night after dinner, no matter how full I feel, I treat myself to a Low Carb Chocolate Protein Bar and a green tea.  I put the bar in the freezer for hours beforehand so the bar lasts for ages and it is my &quot;dessert&quot; that doesn&#039;t do too much damage.  The protein late at night helps stabilise the blood sugars overnight, the green tea gives a slight rise in metabolism (as well as antioxidants) and I feel like I&#039;m being very wicked!  sometimes the thought of my treat at night is the only thing that stops me from potential binges during the day.</description>
