I forgot my giveaway!

I mentioned previously I had a tub of yummy chocolate MRM Whey Pumped (now called All Natural Whey) to give away next time.

So I’d like you to share with me your most valuable piece of weight loss or fitness advice.  For instance you probably all know mine – consistency and patience!!

You don’t have to be a client, just send your comment via the blog and tell us about your favourite gem of advice, or, your favourite affirmation/quote etc.

  • Delete the word “can’t” from your vocabulary. You either WILL or you WON’T…and I believe if you want it bad enough, then you will…

  • When working towards a goal, adopt a NOT NEGOTIABLE attitude! Like brushing your teeth, exercising and eating healthy is a not negotiable part of our day, its something we MUST do!

  • ORGANISATION!
    Be prepared with your meals – if you are going to be away from home all day, pack all your meals in a cooler bag so you don’t stray from your plan.
    Have your gym bag in the car ready and packed in case you don’t have time to come home to change…being ready for when things don’t go as planned is the best way to stick to your plan and reach your goals sooner.

  • SELF BELIEF and visualisation;
    Believing in oneself and visualising each night exactly what and how you will feel and look. Picture yourself in your day to day life and feel your body, smell the day. sense with vivid color and vitality and believe that the day is coming.

  • PLAN A TREAT EVERY SINGLE DAY….every night after dinner, no matter how full I feel, I treat myself to a Low Carb Chocolate Protein Bar and a green tea. I put the bar in the freezer for hours beforehand so the bar lasts for ages and it is my “dessert” that doesn’t do too much damage. The protein late at night helps stabilise the blood sugars overnight, the green tea gives a slight rise in metabolism (as well as antioxidants) and I feel like I’m being very wicked! sometimes the thought of my treat at night is the only thing that stops me from potential binges during the day.

  • Nothing will ever taste as good as the feeling of being in control and at your goal…

  • The feeling of winning far outweighs the pain of sacrifice – no matter how big or small.

  • erm… joining IBO? ;p

    Planning is my secret. Taking time to plan my meals, my schedules, taking a bit of a risk-management point of view to my new lifestyle.

    It’s a bit geeky, but there you go! :) )
