The weather that is. My goodness, talk about extremes. They are even talking about the highway perhaps being closed down tomorrow, when we have to drive back to the Maroochydore airport!!! May be staying longer than anticipated. Not that there is much to do in this crazy weather! I don’t even want to go shopping, that’s how bad it is! Went down for a coffee this morning – it was wet and blowing a gale -there were chairs being upturned by the wind. Hence me now sitting in the apartment writing in my blog and doing a little work. Nearly time to get some breaky. I didn’t really bring enough cold weather clothes unfortunately, luckily we have been able to wash stuff.
Yesterday we had a meeting with a web designer about upgrading my site. I am really looking forward to getting everything in control, as it is I have different systems here there and everywhere and it is getting difficult to manage. It was good to have a face to face meeting, as this sort of stuff is very difficult to discuss over the phone. It was great to have computers in front of us so I could explain what my site does currently and what I need it to do in future.
I had heartburn this morning! I had to get up about 5ish, as it was rather unpleasant. My body is definitely rebelling against the different food it’s been getting. I actually had some veggies with a meal last night (we have been eating out every night). I was so craving those veggies.
Ok, time to brave the conditions and go get something to eat. I’m feeling like eggs of some description. Can I get a taxi to the supermarket?
