To having a week off starting mid week! Getting all the washing sorted for packing. Need to put in another order for puddings and stevia before I go. I’m almost out of syrup but expecting a HUGE shipment when I get back which will keep me going for some time.
Hope all the mum’s had a lovely day yesterday. My sister and I took my mum out for lunch, and who should we run into but the lovely Nadia and her (also lovely!) family!
Just a quick update re post comp stuff, all seems to be going ok, my jeans that I couldn’t wear comp week because they were just way too baggy, are still very loose (I can pull them all the way off without unzipping). Scale weight is around 112. I’ve slotted back into a bit of a routine as far as eating goes. My aim for the next few months is to stay under about 114/115 while doing as little cardio as possible!
I haven’t indulged in a massage for weeks so I plan to book one for tomorrow arvo after leg training. Today I will train upper body, but think I will have a small nap now!
