It’s a little nicer day than it was back then. It was freezing!
We will go out for dinner tonight somewhere, probably first time in the whole 4 years I haven’t been dieting for a comp!
Training today, have figured out a new program for me – 3 x week, that will be different Plus a circuit day which will be tough. I have a few more pics from the comp, will post later.
