It’s getting a bit tough now! Every day is a bit of a struggle, I could eat a horse! I have been struggling on, through much stress, and am very happy with myself for not dropping the ball through it all and just plugging away. Unfortunately I am at that stage where I am starting to feel smaller up top which always happens. I won’t be lean enough to do the Melbourne show so have ditched that idea but it was never my original plan to begin with.
I am at 13% and so need to drop another 3% which equates to about 2-3kg which sounds like bugger all doesn’t it? Fact is it has taken me 10 weeks to do just that and now I have 6 weeks left to do it over again.
Today I had a no carb day. It really wasn’t too bad, nice to have some good fats with all my meals. I had eggs and cheese, salmon and avocado, choc protein with LSA and walnuts, chicken with sun dried tomato pesto and avocado, and choc protein with LSA and walnuts again. I did 2 cardio sessions today. I’m getting very tired now, I do need a sleep in the arvo most days. Then by 9 or so I’m ready for bed, though tonight I feel a bit more alive.
My knees are still dodgy, I can’t lunge at all really. Must go and have another massage to loosen up my quads a bit. Going to catch up with Nadia at the gym on Saturday so it will be good to see how she’s going.
This comp prep business is such a rollercoaster ride, one day you can be on top of the world and next day everything turns to cr*p!! All you can do on those days is ride it out and try to survive.
On that note I will say goodnight and hope that tomorrow is another good day comp prep wise!

Keep it up Sue! You are one strong woman! You can do this and you should be very proud of yourself
I hope you have another good day!
xoxo
