Nice trip away, great weather, and lovely to meet Kathy! We had a good old chat, and probably could have kept going if we didn’t have plans! Kathy suggested we walk and chat at the same time so we killed two birds with one stone, walking around the Torrens after we enjoyed a short macchiato. I did two cardio sessions (nothing huge) yesterday, and trained on Saturday before we left. Today I haven’t done anything, figure another day of rest won’t hurt. I was happy to see the callipers have moved downwards slightly since I last checked, so that’s good considering what has been going on. I’m bloody hungry though! I missed a meal while travelling home so when I did eat, I was starving, and probably overate (and I still feel like I could eat a horse). Very important lesson to everyone who misses meals on a regular basis.
Very quick update as I am so tired, I could have gone to bed when I got home at 6! I’m waiting up for Underbelly. Haven’t been watching it so will give it a shot this week. Big day tomorrow, I have lots of new subscribers to add to our member area (we have a special running in the Women’s Health magazine), as well as training x 2, a doctor’s appointment (2 yearly women’s health check, yippee), and a phone appointment with my web guy which I will try and postpone to Wednesday as I think I will be pushing it.
Hope everyone had a lovely long weekend!

Congratulations to Liz and to you Sue!! That is awesome news!
Sounds like you’ve been super busy, hope you’re able to get everything done today!

Yes, congratulations to Liz and Sue on another Blitz winner. They shoul;d give out a prize for awesome trainers.
did you know, you can download Underbelly from the win (I think that’s the channel) website? I found this out only after staying awake till 11.30 on Sunday to watch the week before’s episode. Good news for earlybirds.
Congratulations Liz & Sue & IBO! – the New You mag photos are lovely and I can’t wait to get my copy of Womens Health and Fitness Mag to see the whole bit
Yes I agree with Nadia – maybe you need to suggest it for the Fitness Awards they do in each state that they need an on-line trainer category!
Sue it was a terrific experience meeting you in person on Sunday and seeing how passionate you are towards getting people to transform their goals into reality. It was a very enjoyable two hours
