Check out the results of this lovely client, Clarissa, who has completed 6 months on one of our Buy Now programs. She has lost almost 40kg in that time, all on her own. What sensational results. My web guy will kill me for posting a photo this big. No time to resize!
So I just had my nails and eyebrows waxed yesterday. I have had a number of people tell me I have nice eyebrows. It reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where George is told his blind date has ‘eyebrows that other girls would kill for’. His response is “Eyebrows? Who cares about eyebrows?” hehe, Eleni you will know the episode I’m talking about.
So, what a week it’s been. A rollercoaster ride in fact and nothing to do with training. But, I’m hanging in there and very happy with how I have handled everything this week. I had a couple of days where my diet wasn’t 100% but it certainly wasn’t too bad. I think I had a couple of little museli bars and some extra cottage cheese. And some wine. Anyway, good news is that today I finally made it to the 114′s!! Can you believe it? It has taken 6 weeks for me to lose 4.2lbs. So if any of you complain about slow weight loss, think yourself lucky you don’t have to work your guts out like I do for a measly 4lb!!! I’m happy with the way I am coming up now, definitely noticing some lower body changes. My arms are sensational if I don’t mind saying so myself! Anyway, funnily enough I am at exactly the same point where I was for my show in 2006. It was 7 weeks out where I hit the 114′s and believe it or not, tomorrow is 7 weeks out from Melbourne. But, I don’t know if I want to kill myself to get to that one. See what happens.
Bushfires – what can I say. It’s so, so sad that I cannot bear to watch any more of it on the tv. It’s heartbreaking, and my thoughts and prayers go out to all those who have been affected in some way. So now I must change the subject again
Hi Jewel – the supplement I was talking about is Xanabol. I get my supps from my supp store Or, if they don’t have it, depends, I sometimes will purchase from the US. Knee wraps – the ones I have are what powerlifters use – it’s about 2 metres of thick stretchy fabric and you just wrap it around your knees tightly. You have to unwrap between sets otherwise you will cut off your circulation!
Hi Ali, how lovely to hear from you!! I hope you are well. Thank you (and Jewel) for the compliments on my pics.
I hope everyone has a lovely day, and weekend.
