Pity my hubby is stuck at work on a public holiday
But otherwise, I am having a fabulous day! I’ve been for a short but intense cardio session outside – weather is great. I was a bit hyped up on caffeine, due to my bad habit of now having double shots of coffee where I used to only have one. Must stop this as it really didn’t make me feel too good!
Business is going rather crazy these last few days! Kristin and I are amazed – the programs just keep coming in!
I’m so excited as I finally had word that Amanda’s story will be coming out in this week’s WHO magazine! So, be sure to check it out – it’s on sale Friday. And, Liz, who had a photo shoot with Women’s Health magazine on Friday, will be appearing in their December 8th edition. In their own words “one of the best case studies we’ve had!” That’s a pretty good wrap for Liz and Ideal Bodies Online!
I had a great training session yesterday, even though my sleep patterns were all messed up – I woke up at 3am, thanks to my puddy cat, and could not go back to sleep. Up I got, and started my work day. I went for my cardio at 5am – walking in the dark! By 8am I was wrecked and had to go back to bed after eating my breaky. I got up at midday! I then trained at around 2.30pm. Chest and triceps together – no time to do separate workouts. I was quite happy with my smith bench pressing of 45kg on the bar, for 6 rep sets. Tomorrow is leg day! Insert spooky music. Let’s see if I can break another PB.
Ok time to stop working on this public holiday! I forgot to even watch the big race – whoops!
