Balanced

So in my freestyle eating (eating what I want, when I want) world, what does a balanced day of eating look like for me?

I get up have my water, supplements etc, then make coffee.

Meal 1 – MRM Low Carb choc protein, 1/3 cup oats, 1 tablespoon flax meal – all mixed in.  I add a pinch of sea salt to my oats, to help my adrenals

Before I train I have a serve of Biotest Superfoods, glutamine, creatine, and some BCAA’s which I continue to have every few sets while I train.

Meal 2 – Post workout – Myoplex Lite, flavoured with espresso, half cup full fat milk and some white choc pudding mix – plus taurine, creatine, glutamine

Meal 3 – Small piece of grilled salmon, big bowl of veggies (broccolini, silverbeet, broccoli), 1/4 avocado and 1tsp curry paste

Meal 4 – Low Carb choc protein, handful of almonds, about a cup of frozen raspberries and a few tablespoons of natural yoghurt and a tsp of flax meal

Meal 5 – Indian Take Away – hubby’s favourite.  While he had the rice and naan bread I had a bowl of veg like Meal 3, and added some lamb and chicken with just a little bit of the sauce.

Meal 6 – 1/2 scoop protein, handful of frozen raspberries and tablespoon natural yoghurt and flax meal

I then have my ZMA, PS and magnesium before I go to bed.
