What’s been happening?

Not a great deal apart from training, cardio, more cardio, and training.  I am sleeping very well, often in bed between 8 and 9pm, straight to sleep, and sleeping right through, which is pretty unusual for me.  I started a new training program yesterday, so again, have lots of new exercises to learn which I am certainly enjoying.  Now, instead of a one on, one off regime, I’m training 5 days per week.  My diet has tightened up, but there is still a lot of good fats in it – I’m concerned it’s too much for me to lose fat, hence I haven’t really lost anything STILL!!  Let me tell you, 5 weeks of 2 x day training and dieting, and virtually no change is extremely frustrating.  I’m sitting at 15% still, and it seems my body just wants to stay there.  My trainer says my shoulders have become rounder and my quads and upper back have improved since my last pics – even I have noticed the shoulders.  All to no avail with a layer of fat over the top though!  If I could only get my bottom two abs to come out I think I’d have a pretty awesome six pack!

I have a snatch exercise in this program – never performed these before.  I had a bit of a go last night but realised after 2 sets I wasn’t doing it right.  So back to the drawing board for next time.

My trip to Melbourne was good – nice to have a break anyway.  Did a bit of shopping, not a lot though.  Couldn’t really be bothered getting in and out of my many layers of clothes – it was SO cold outside, then in the shops it was like an oven.

This week sees me with a few appointments which makes it harder to fit everything in when training 2 x day.  Dentist yesterday, hair tomorrow, and accountant on Friday.

Ok, well the gym is finally open (I got up at 4.30am today!), so I might get down there and do an early cardio.

Hi Kimmy :)   Thanks for stopping by.  We must catch up soon!
