For those who missed it, our segment is here on Adelaide’s Today Tonight site.  The story is called “Flab to Fab” – you can search for this title, Ideal Bodies Online, Sue Heintze, Carolyn Gerdtz or Kellie Robins in the Stories area on left hand side, and it will automatically bring up the story.  Then click on ‘video’.  You’ll need high speed internet connection to view.

    Very nice segment! I’m so glad you were able to share it with us!!! You must be so proud! For those of us that have been your fan for well over 5 years, it’s a treat to see you in person, so to speak. Carolyn and Kelly look awesome as well.
