Time for a day off methinks!

Ok, so I’ve hit a wall.  How do I know so?  I am walking around like a zombie, needing to sleep a lot, injuries starting to play up again, I’m consuming sea salt in massive quantities (a symptom of adrenal fatigue) and the rotten Hunger Monster has paid an unwelcome visit.  My diet has taken a tumble in the last 2 days.  Nothing satisfies me, I could eat a horse and still have room for another!

I did add a few higher intensity cardio sessions last week, and that would not have helped.

I can muster up the energy for a good training session but then I am wiped out.  So, time to ‘put the feet up’ (or should I say, spent the day working on my site) and give the training a rest.

Always listen to your body!

  • Hope the energy picks up soon Sue………..know what thats like. Opposite for at mo, have an abundance of energy but a shitty knee stopping me from using it. At the moment the only real cardio doing is sitting on a spinning bike at a medium resistance going at it – no standing or anything. But as you say, listen to your body and my knee is telling me to ‘back the hell off’. so taking it out on weights.
