Just a quick check in before I hit the sack. Made myself a new program yesterday, I am excited to try it. Going back to a 4 day split, to try and free my time up a little more. Am still unable to do anything too heavy with my SIJD problems (sacro-iliac joint disfunction). I visited my chiro again today – usual fortnightly check up, which was needed as my hip/lower back had started to play up a little. And, I have some knee problems too! Chiro said both my tibias were rotated a bit so he put those right again too. He is a whizz. Other than that, I’m fine! I did a step class on Saturday which I really enjoyed, and did 2 cardio’s yesterday – just a walk this morning, a bit of a rest in order. Tomorrow is my new leg program. Going higher reps for compound movements due to the hip, but, will stick to heavier stuff for isolation movements.
I bought the Underbelly book on ebay a little while ago – we managed to see the final episode on tv while in Palm Cove. I find it very interesting, not in the least because I used to go to the same gym in Melbourne as one of the guys that was killed. Freaky stuff.
My husband is snoring his head off on the couch, time to round him up, up the stairs to bed!
