Where does the time go?

That question can be related to two things tonight – it’s been a week since I last posted, and, it’s my 39th birthday tomorrow.  Again, where does the time go?!  So, my hubby has had to go away tonight but will be back in time for us to go out for a birthday dinner tomorrow night.  And, some lovely news tonight, Sandy said I can have a free meal providing I go carb free all day, then change a few days around following, to compensate.  I’m not totally hanging out for a free meal and going along quite nicely but, will take it if she feels it’s not a problem.  Will be nice to relax.  I’d almost rather not have one, than have to go carb free for a day here and there.  Not into no carbs!

Gee there is some crap on tv.  I am watching Prime, well, I have the tv on while working, and I can’t believe some of these shows.

It was probably a good thing Damien went away tonight as I really had to get some work done.  I am finding that my training is taking up a lot of my work time, and if it so happens I don’t sleep well as happened last night, I have to sleep in the day.  Combine a couple hours sleep, with a couple hours training, add showers, meals, grocery shopping, laundry and a phone call to mum, and that is one big chunk out of my productive work time.  So, got some feedback/updates done tonight, and will aim to finish all feedback by tomorrow night.  Tomorrow being my birthday, I’ve decided it’s a good day for a massage, particularly as I have Legs in the morning.  So, that’s at 3pm and I am having coffee with my mum and sister at 1pm.  Training at 10.30am.  So, again, not a lot of work space left!  Plus, must wash hair!  That takes the best part of an hour.  I should do cardio in the morning too but am thinking that I will do 2 x on Wed otherwise on no carbs I am going to have to fit in a sleep somewhere and I don’t think it’s possible.  If I don’t sleep when I need to I can’t concentrate on work.  I’m finding that if I do cardio immediately after training that it takes so much out of me that I have to sleep pretty much straight away before I can concentrate on any work.  Probably a little warning that my adrenals are starting to feel it.  It’s all a bit of a balancing act.

I am definitely hungry for all my meals now!  I have been doing well in the evenings.  I feel that I am changing a bit though measurements haven’t moved a lot.  They never do really.  It’s a verrrrrrrrry slow process for me.  My aim is to be losing between .5 to 1lb per week over the next 14 weeks.   That should see me get my skin folds to where I need them to be.  I have 9mm to lose from my thigh and 8mm from my abs.  They are the two big ones.  Only about 2mm from most other sites.  Except for tris, about 4-5mm need to come off those.  My biceps measure 2.5mm so not a lot left to come from there.  And about 300mm off my butt – hehehe :)

Have had some wonderful client transformations come through in the last few days.  Well done to Sara, Barbara and Priscilla!

I have been booking flights and accommodation like crazy of late.  Go the plastic!  It’s getting a big workout.  We have booked the Sea Temple in Palm Cove – it’s awesome:

We have decided to give ourselves a treatment at the Sea Temple Spa for our anniversary present to each other.  Kristin has booked us in to the Sofitel Hotel Restaurant in Cairns, where she works, on the night of our Anniversary.  And, she has recommened a diet friendly dish for me!  In Cairns we are staying at Rydges Esplanade Holiday Apartments – got a great wotif bargain and they have a real gym there too which will be handy.

Have also booked Brisbane accom for Carolyn’s comp, and the IBO photo shoot, and, I also need to book a flight to Adelaide, just to get some medication scripts renewed!!  I haven’t even thought about the comp trip in July yet.  Though we have booked a short Gold Coast getaway immediately after.

Just realised it is after 11pm so I best get some zzz’s.  Hopefully better tonight than last night.

Trish, thanks for reading, and I am looking foward to working with you!
