General:
Have entered my food intake into Fit Day above. That way I can see what I am eating in regard to protein/carb/fat grams. I struggled a bit diet wise yesterday, I gather it was mostly due to the lack of sleep as today I feel fine and no problems. Tomorrow is off day, bring on the carbs.
This week will be extremely busy, getting ready for trip to Japan and getting all feedback done by Tuesday.
