Cellulite. It’s not a disease, an illness or a condition. It’s not caused by inactivity, your age, and it’s not your mom’s fault. It’s simply fat – too much in one area. It appears lumpy because of the infrastructure of a woman’s skin.
So you won’t get rid of it with creams, pills and potions – you need to attack it from a much deeper level.
In my extensive research on the subject of cellulite and stubborn fat, I discovered some very interesting, even shocking things.

It’s no secret that these days we tend to rely a lot on foods in packets and boxes. Given we spend so much time on our backsides in this ‘age of convenience’, our bodies have become less able to engage and work the glutes (your butt muscles) properly.
So if you want your butt to be nice and firm, tight and toned (as well as avoiding unnecessary back and hip pain), then it’s essential to learn to ‘switch on’ your glutes, make them stronger, and balance them with your hip flexors and quadriceps (the muscle group that tends to ‘take over’ the glutes).
