I would LOVE to win a copy of your 40 day Max Burn. 7 years ago I purchased one of your Body makeover programs and got into the best shape of my life. Since then, baby #2 & a few curve balls later, I have yo-yo’d and got lost in the plethora of information out there!

However in between those times I returned to the many amazing programs you have delivered & ONLY follow you now. I am glad to say you are my “go to girl Sue” & the only person who has ever made me achieve incredible body results without feeling deprived :D

    Please, please pick me..lol x

    Loved it!

This is delicious and super easy to make. When you are trying to reduce your starch intake and looking for healthy alternatives to “traditional” breakfast foods, this is such a win! I will definitely make this again. :)

I would love to win the 40 Day Max Burn program because I admire Sue and think she is amazing. A program that she has put together will be a win, and will be done with a lot of fore-thought to make it a success. She is a real-life role-model who is a living example of success. I’ve been following her posts for a long time, and she knows what she’s doing. In a time when money is tight, winning a copy of the program would be a delight to me. I want to be more healthy and more fit, and I would use the program as guidance to get me in a better place.
Thank you for the efforts and the opportunities you offer.

This is delicious and easy to make, my daughter even got stuck in with me. When looking for healthy alternatives to “traditional” bought breakfast foods it is hard to find something that everyone in the family likes likes, this is such a win! I will definitely make this again. :)

I would love to win the 40 Day Max Burn program because:
Being a single father with a few major injuries, my heath is important and I have to stay in shape to be able to look after my bairns and deal with my injuries.
I admire Sue and think she is a real-life role-model who is a living example of success.
I’ve been following her posts for a long time, and she knows what she’s talking about, supplies welcome easy to read informative articles.
winning a copy of the program would be a great for me as it would enable me to rise to any challenge that confronts me.
I want to stay fit and healthy for my sake and so that I am always there for those that mean the world to me

Thanks for the recipes, next is going to be the West African Chcken

    • Fabulous Brian! Oh yes, do try the West African Chicken. This was a big winner in our trial program! Thanks for your entry…

So I struggle with eating cottage cheese cause in not fond of the flavour but force myself to eat it anyways since I know it’s good for me. Lol. All these mixins made me forget about the cc part and instead I was able to just enjoy my snack. It was great for my sweet tooth after my long day at work yesterday!
Now, I would LOVE a copy of 40 day max fat burn because I am absolutely one of those people who will go crazy in the gym everyday but then go home and ruin myself in the kitchen. I get so bored of chicken and broccoli I can’t stick to clean eating. Over 70 new recipes would totally help me get through my days easier. I don’t have a family to work around but I put in 50 hours a week or more at work and am always on call which can make my life very hectic. I would love an extra boost to get through my plateaus and get my body to the next level! Thanks Sue for all you do I love all the info and support you give me in your emails and on your site!

    • Leila, chicken and broccoli makes me want to gag!! Glad you liked the cottage cheese delight – me, I LOVE cottage cheese, so versatile to make tons of recipes with. Blend it up, add a bit of stevia to it, and some frozen fruit, Greek Yoghurt and walnuts – yum.

This recipie was very easy to make. It took me about 9 mins. I was very pleased with the taste! My husband said it was ok but a little dry. This I’m sure was due to me overcooking everything like I always do!! Very excited about trying more recipie’s and so excited about the new program!!!

  • As soon as I received the email about this contest I loved the look of “Caramelized Blueberry Pancakes” and ear-marked them for breakfast this morning.

They were SO easy and delicious. Only took me a few minutes to make (with ingredients I already had in my fridge and pantry). And I took a photo of the finished dish, which looked exactly like Sue’s! Very impressive!

I love the sound of Sue’s new program. I am always looking for simple, delicious, easy-to-prepare meals that I can make for my whole family which are interesting, but not so exotic that they turn up their noses. And I love it that I won’t have to cook separate meals for me and the rest of the tribe.

I love the idea of a fun, non-calorie-counting” eating plan that will help me to lose weight without the deprivation and social ostracising that normally happens with a “weight-loss” plan.

I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to win a copy!!!

  • Chilli Con Carne, I absolutely loved it. I didn’t make me feel heavy and at the same time I felt refreshed and alive! All the flavours combined so well in my mouth and I can’t wait to make it again. Also knowing it’s guilt free is a bonus. Just makes cooking that much more enjoyable and my insides feel clean :)

I’d love to win the 40 Day Max Burn Cookbook, not to lose weight as I am a distance runner so that doesn’t apply to me, though these recipes just make my training so much more efficient and easier on my body as I am able to get up early feeling refreshed and energised to put maximum effort into each and every session as my body responds so well to the clean and very nutritious recipes. My body demands high nutrition and good quality food in order to be able to train at my best while also being nurtured in my recovery after training from these ideal recipes.
As I am currently dealing with Kidney stones and a stress fracture, I am finding that clean, nutritious and healthy foods atm are helping my body recover quicker and I actually feel amazing despite the pain and frustration of recovery. So any extra recipes that I can add into my daily meals would be so helpful in fueling my training as well as recovery from training and my ailments.

Love all your excellent advice, wisdom and recipes!!!!!

I used exercise to keep my depression at bay but now I have to try & use other ways to keep on top of it. You might ask why I would want this program when it does include exercise but just because I can’t exercise yet it doesn’t mean I can’t eat properly. 80% is nutrition and I need recipes that are healthy, quick & easy to prepare, this way I can use my time to heal & repair my body.

The crepe was fluffy and I was surprised that I liked it. My 12 year old daughter did not enjoy it though. I would make it again. It was OK in the appetite suppression department, not extremely filling, but tasty and surprisingly sweet. It reminded me of French toast and brunch.

The reason I would love to win a copy of Sue’s new program is because I have tried her other ones and have had great success. I like the approach she takes towards exercise and food and the thoughtful way the exercises are paired and arranged, always with variety and purpose in mind. I would really LOVE to lose the last of the fat off my abs, thighs and butt. I already have ab definition but I would really love to finish off that last bit of fat without having to graze on lettuce and chicken all day long. I appreciate workouts that are BETTER not longer- short and effective. I don’t want to spend an hour in the gym- I want to live life, but still obtain the body of my dreams. I believe Sue’s expertise and her new program will get me there ( I am secretly hoping this program with be the catalyst to inspire my daughter to be in better shape as well).

I would LOVE to win a copy of the 40 day Max Fat Burn Program as I am not someone who enjoys cooking and work loooong shifts. So when I cook healthy meals, they are usually bland and boring. The Sweet Potatoes were a treat and were delicious re-heated for my lunch the next day. If I have recipes that are as easy to follow and as delicious as this then I will have no problem being able to stick to a varied and yummy fat burning eating plan!! I would love to win your new program that you’ve been working hard day and night on…to enjoy while I work hard night and day!! ;)

I would like to win a copy of your new 40 day MAX fat burn program as the program seems maintainable. I find when you sign up for a program the food is always the “make or break”. I would love to win the 40day plan as it would make life just that bit easier. Having had a baby recently I don’t need to lose weight but I’d love to get back the toned athletic body I had before and it really starts in the kitchen. • The West African Chicken is AMAZING and so so easy to make. It also freezes well. Its like your eating something really indulgent but actually is healthy…just loved it

As for winning a copy of the 40 day Max Fat Burn program….I would love it. I did a 12 week body transformation a few years back and never felt or looked better so I know they work. Why do I want to win a copy of 40 Day Max Fat Burn? I will turn 48 this year. The weight keeps creeping up on me, even though I work out & watch what I eat, so I am sure I need to do something different. No one in the house eats like I do, so I am on my own for meal planning & prep. I am running out of ideas for meal plans and exercise. My mother recently passed away unexpectedly, so I am running on autopilot. I think 40 Day Max Fat Burn can help me break through the mental block. I need a plan to get back on track and this program looks like I could make beautiful before & after photos!

  • I made the banana pancake recipe you just posted!

I cant even tell you how yummy it was- it was hard to wait and actually cook it into pancakes. I added cinnamon and nutmeg and half a scoop of my protein powder since this was my post work out meal!!! WIth the little bit of protein powder, no stevia was needed!

I also garnished mine with strawberries and the rest of the banana. For my kids – we did not add the protein powder and they did use maple syrup also! Everyone loved it,

My reasons for wanting to do the 40 challenge all center around accountability and lack of money. I am full of information on how to make the next steps, have researched, cook well for myself, but have no accountability system or challenge that has taken me to the level I would like- I need a challenge, as I am a challenge kind of gal, as well as someone who I will have to “show up to”.

I have been eyeing this program and hoping there will be a time when it will come true for me.

Well THIS is going into my permanent recipe list!!! WOW! I absolutely loved this dish, it was simple and tastes DIVINE – also for get a lot for a low cost! I am very picky with dinner recipes as I have a very busy work life and I like cooking to take as little time as possible – this recipe was perfect! I was very satisfied (which takes a lot, I normally eat HEAPS) and so I have heaps left over to have for lunch and dinner this week too – so impressed! I am not surprised it did well in the trial – it is a winner :)

I would really love to win the 40 day MAX Fat Burn program! I have been following you for a while and absolutely love your ideas and philosophy on food and exercises. I am a bit of an all or nothing person so am striving for balance – enjoying health and exercise without being too obsessed, but without binging and having a cheat meal lead into a cheat day, cheat week, cheat month!! The tagline ‘It’s not a diet – it’s a lifestyle’ is exactly what I believe in, I love that statement so when I saw it on the program I thought this is exactly what I need! :)

I am trying to start fresh off the back of a few ‘cheat months’ and am feeling lost and struggling for balance, I feel that this is exactly what I need to give me a kick up the…and give me a bit more guidance so I can find a healthy balance :) Thanks Sue! Can’t wait to try the other recipes :)

I would love to win a copy of your new 40 day Max Fat Burn program as I feel it has been written just for me, the stickability which is what I am after as I always seem to be on a program or off a program just can’t seem to find that balance. • Hi Sue!

My husband and I tried the Cottage Cheese Delight. We both enjoyed it a lot!! Very tasty!

Category 1: 5 stars, this was so quick and easy to make! And it was made with items that I always keep on hand.

Category 2: 5 stars. It is a great combination of protein, carbs and fat that filled me up and kept me satisfied for hours.

Category 3: 4 stars. Was much more tasty than I expected, adding the stevia and yogurt on top plus the walnuts gave it a nice rich taste!

Category 4: 4 stars. My husband really enjoyed it and it kept him satisfied for hours also!

I would love a copy of your new Max 40 program because it sounds so doable and fun with tasty recipes my husband and I can both enjoy.
I am currently going through menopause (I’m almost 52) and struggling with weight gain and body changes due to inconsistency in my eating because of mood swings, stress, and cravings. Also I find it tougher to find an effective workout program because of the menopausal changes in my body. I need a program like Max 40 with easy and tasty recipes that will keep me satisfied and effective workouts that will help me with changes due to menopause. I want to be in the best shape I can possibly be!!!
Thanks so much for your consideration!!

I tried the the West african chicken and the banana pancakes and both were 5 stars in all categories. I have to say its a pleasure to try these recipes. My food has been dull and tasteless for the last year and I still can’t seem to shift weight. A little despondent to say the least. Looking forward to the pad thai tonight. I posted these on FB as well for you. I would love to win your program. Everything else I have tried…has failed or I got minimal results for maximum effort….or maybe I’ve failed at them…because there is no flavour therefore no joy in the food…you never know i,e how complex our subconscious minds are…the witholding of eating the foods that give us pleasure could send negative signals to ourselves therefore impacting on progress…..OMG sounds kooky but you never know. :-) Thanks anyway

I would love to win a copy of you 40 day max fat burn program because I am trying to become as healthy as possible so that I can start a family in the best possible way, and maximise my chances of success. I have tonnes of health knowledge, and love learning about health and fitness, but am terrible with its practical application, especially these days because I’ve failed to keep the weight off after many attempts. I tend to overcomplicate things, and also feel deprived when I’m hungry or need to make drastic changes that don’t feel sustainable. I would love to try the program because it’s specifically designed for people who need to work it into their lives, not work their entire lives around the program, which just hasn’t been sustainable for me in the past.

My best friend and I have been through many “diets” and “lifestyle changes” together. Some with short term results and others with no results. Winning a copy of your 40 day Max fat burn program would be a wonderful journey for us to do together and hopefully obtain the results we have been chasing. Thanks for the wonderful recipes. I have downloaded them and made my way through 4 of them but the West African Chicken was voted the best by my family.

  • PAD THAI

I made this for a girls night in “Asian Dinner” and it was a winner. They couldn’t believe it was a meal from a weight loss program. I had to make it a second time for my family as the girls ate it all and the family missed out. Anyway results from friends are:

I also have a thin active teenager who doesn’t need to lose any weight but healthier eating would be a bonus. My husband could stand to gain better health too. It would be great to be able to eat the same thing as the family and still be at a healthier weight. I do work out 6 days/week but the fat isn’t disappearing as I’d like!

  • Hi Sue
I have been following you for a long time now – completing one of your programs a number of years ago before my second child. I loved the fact that i had a coach to help me through the program and keep me motivated. I am alway keen to hear about your new programs and awesome recipes. Last night I made the creamy baked sweet potato and love it. I kept the second serving for lunch today.

I would absolutely love to win a copy of your new program. After years of yo yo and fad diets I have reached a point in my life where I need to sort out myself once and for all. Life is passing me by because I am so caught up by how my I weigh and what I can and can’t eat. My husband has been off work for the last 3 months with a broken arm so finances are too tight to be able to afford to buy the program for myself. I need to develop a permanent eating lifestyle so I can be the best role model for my children especially my 5 year old daughter. The little germ coming off and looking like a little worm!! He loved it!! I told him “just close your eyes and taste how wonderful it is”…he got past it! I did use sliced almonds in place of the walnuts the second go round…the walnuts were a “little heavy” for me!! The almonds were a good balance.

Well I need this because I need to follow a program for a while and to sort my food out. I love food too much and well I may just have an obssession with it, that leads to overeating etc. I get so overwhelmed with all the information out there, I think I know the right thing to do but doing it and clearing the fog from too much information can be tiring and give me room for not completing what I set out to do one more time. I want to reach my goals in 2014. I am 36 in Dec and would love to make it the first summer wearing a bikini, not a one piece and not a tankini, I have always hidden my stomach but this year I am putting it out there in a bikini and I am going to be so freakin proud. I need this to do it. And also I really dont think I can keep spending endless money on programs that just dont work, Sue I think your program is different and will make life altering changes.

    CREAMY BAKED SWEET POTATOES

I made these sweet potatoes for dinner last night. My 3yo who doesn’t like potatoes scoffed his down. I was nervous my husband wouldn’t like them because of the cottage cheese but he told me they were good and I could make them again.
And as for me I thought they were delicious. I’m still in shock that they they were healthy.

Why I’d like to win a copy of your all new 40 Day MAX Fat Burn program.

I am one of those people who have been overweight all their lives. I have tried all sorts of program’s and diets, Jenny Craig, Weight watchers, Lite n Easy and milkshake program’s to name a few and have short term success.

What’s different now? I am a 34 year old woman who needs to lose 45kgs to reach a healthy weight. Unlike before this time I have two very special reasons to do this
    1) my 3 yo son and
    2) my 10 month son

I have been diagnosed with high cholesterol (so has my husband) and bordering on being diabetic. It’s now or never. I need to be around for my kids and be a good role model.
Unlike all the diets I tried before having kids I need one which is family friendly. The food I got to try in this competition was simple to make and my whole family could eat. And most important it was good for us and yummy! I never seen anything like it!

    Well Done!

My son and his three daughter surprised me with an early morning visit. I had just read the banana pancake recipe and though I’d give it a try, only to find I had all ingredients but the banana. Therefore I quickly stewed an apple and used it instead of the banana. It was a great hit with all girls aged 2, 10 and 16 yrs, along with their dad. Normally could never get the girls to eat oats, surprise, surprise.
I have been wanting to changing my life style for some time, unfortunately I’ve had to put all my energy in dealing with a health issue. I feel the time is right, I had a great report last month. A copy of the “40 Day MAX Fat Burn” will help me to follow through with my health plan.

    Hi Sue,

Thank you for sharing your amazing Kick Start Phase Recipes with your fans!

This morning I indulged in the Cottage Cheese Delight for breakfast. I loved the fact that I already had all of the ingredients at home and not only was it easy to make, it looked extremely appetising – resembling more a dessert than breakfast meal! I was super surprised how delicious this combination of flavours worked together and how satisfying it was as I now have a new delicious healthy delight to add to my previous boring breakfast options :-)

I am 49 years young and two years into my menopause but seriously struggling with my hormonal changes and weight gain. I am active with my exercise regime however, I am not seeing the results I should be, in fact not seeing any at all. I would really LOVE to win a copy of the all new 40 day max fat burn to help me get to my goal of “Fabulous for Fifty” and to finally believe that with the right program in combination with clean eating and exercise, it does really work. I am fed up with being fat and ready to take on the challenge – My promise is to not let anyone down, myself included. I love a challenge so bring it on 40 Day Max Fat Burn!!!!

  • I’m loving these banana pancakes! I’ve not allowed myself to have pancakes since I was a little girl so what an absolute treat!!! They are light and fluffy and keep me satiated until my next meal. Because they are quick to prepare, I made a few batches and froze them for the week so I could pop them in the microwave each morning… Great to take with me when I’m on the run too!

I would give these 5 stars because of taste and also because these pancakes make me feel like I’m not eating healthy! A smidge of pure maple syrup
makes me feel soooooo like I’m cheating!

    Thank you Sue!

I made the pancakes with regular oatmeal and added 1 teaspoon of stevia with eggs, cottage cheese and bananas. I served them with maple syrup and extra bananas. They were very good. My 3 kids loved them. But I will need to double the recipe in the future because it only made about 8 small pancakes. I even fed them to my 10 month old since she has had all the ingredients in the past, and there was no sugar. They were better than the whole wheat pancake mix I usually use. I was not fully satisfied with them, but I only had 2 small pancakes. I should make a larger batch or eat some other fruit with them.

I would like to win the 40 day Max Fat Burn because I want to continue eating clean and healthy after my 12 week body makeover is finished.

Absolutely amazing! No one in my family could believe that the crepe was just two ingredients! It was a breeze to prepare and took no longer than frying an egg. Definitely going to make this again and again.
I would love to win a copy of the 40 Day Max Fat Burn program! I just got out of school so funds are limited and I find Sue’s programs to be the most realistic, helpful, easy-to-understand, and effective of any programs I have every tried or looked into. I would love to work with Sue again as I continue on my journey toward better health and happiness!

  • West African Chicken

    Ease of preparation*****
I made and ate this for lunch today in 1/2 an hour using cooked chicken and not cooking it for very long after adding the spices, etc. and it was still delicious!
    Satiety*****
Kept me well satisfied even though I am 6 feet tall and a big eater.
    Enjoyment/taste*****
Can’t go wrong with this one!
Family approval – I didn’t get anyone else to try it but they thought it smelled good:)

I would love to have the structure and guidelines of the 40 Day Max Burn program. I am looking to loose the last ten pounds ad get into better shape by the end of the summer and I think this program would be just what I need. Thank you Sue for giving us the chance to enter this contest!

  • Cottage Cheese Delight

    Ease of preparation*****
Fast and easy – just grab the ingredients from the fridge, throw them together, and you’ve got a wonderful healthy snack.

Satiety***** – I find cottage cheese always fills me up quite well.
Enjoyment/taste***** I am already a fan of cottage cheese and I love it with fruit
    Family approval – N/A

I think this program would be the very thing I need to push me out of my comfort zone and onto the path of health and fitness. There’s always room to improve!

  • Quinoa Porridge

    Ease of preparation*****
It’s fast enough to make that I don’t need to start snacking before dinner’s done. (I made this for supper tonight).
    Satiety*****
I ate both servings although I cut back on the walnuts. I didn’t think one serving was big enough for supper but it would be fine as a breakfast.
    Taste/approval****
I added just a little honey to the quinoa but I loved the yogurt in it which made it just a little creamy.
    Family approval N/A

Sue, I love your programs and your support and I would love to work with you while doing the 40 Day Max Burn program. Can’t begin to describe how instrumental you have been on my fitness journey in the past and I think this program will be another smashing success!

  • Hi Sue

I am not much of a cook/kitchen person – however this was easy for me to follow and the results were great! Very
Delicious and having it again for lunch. Yum O!

I would love to win your All New 40 day Max Fat Burn to get me back on track and feel good about myself once more as I have been struggling with my diet and motivation after recently having an accident. Now that its cold dark in the mornings I have no motivation to get out of bed. And I have started that darn comfort food again! I just need a little ‘push’ with a new program and delicious recipes.

    Cheers Chris

Such an easy soup to prepare and I’m a lentil lover so enjoyed every mouthful. I added just a sprinkle of chili flakes for an extra zing – delicious!

Sue, it’s that time of the year when I need that extra motivation and fat burn – I loved the Extreme Results Challenge – and would love to get stuck into a new program to commit to and lose the winter jiggle. I’m co inspired by you and your team in the past and would love the opportunity to “go for it” again :)

  • Quinoa porridge with banana and walnuts

Ease of preparation: I popped the quinoa in the rice cooker and prepared remaining ingredients whilst waiting

Fast and easy: I am a shift worker so time is precious. Made this the night before my 4am shift and it is ready to go.

Satiety: As the old tv commercial goes, this is not how you make porridge but it was great to have something warm in my tummy and kept me full until lunch.

Enjoyment: I loved the portion size and taste. It felt like a gourmet brekky.

I would love to win the 40 day max burn as the everyday stresses and challenges have seen those dreaded extra kilos feel like they have found a new home to stay. Your wonderful, tasty and simple recipes are what I wish to make my everyday focus, not the current comfort food I reach for. My thanks for what you do for us Sue.
